This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the delivery of diverse content formats including emails, webpages, social media posts, blogs, infographics, and various creative assets.
• Work in close collaboration with the Campaign & Demand Generation team.
• Play a key role in managing the entire content lifecycle, encompassing creation, editing, approvals, publishing/activation, auditing, measurement, curation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Craft engaging content and enhance its appeal through innovative creative elements.
• Direct, develop, implement, schedule, design, and sustain strategies for content, communications, and audience engagement.
• Assist the Campaign & Demand Generation team in delivering content that aligns with their lifecycle and acquisition campaign strategies.
• Leverage data analytics and insights to inform content-related decisions.
• Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts through keyword optimization, content tagging, and managing metadata.
• Track and evaluate the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying opportunities and presenting well-reasoned solutions to organizational leadership.
• Over 4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in writing, reviewing/editing content, and managing the development and distribution of print and digital communications.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in creative and graphic design utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.
• Familiar with software applications such as Salesforce, WordPress, etc.
• Comfortable researching and adopting new software to enhance content (Adobe Suite, Canva, SundaySky, Path Factory, Jasper AI, content writing tools, etc.).
• Relevant market or industry experience is a plus (hospitality, travel, meetings & events, and commission payments sectors).
• Adept at mapping and optimizing content throughout the customer lifecycle journey and sales cycle within the hospitality sector.
• Experienced in SEO, AEO, and GEO, with a proven track record of assessing content impact, search visibility, and audience engagement.
