Digital Content Analyst – YouTube

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for the growth of the YouTube channel;

• Generate content topics, formats, and ideas that are in line with the brand’s goals;

• Craft briefs for video recordings, editing, and audiovisual productions;

• Oversee the video and YouTube Shorts publishing schedule;

• Enhance titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, and keywords to boost reach and viewership;

• Analyze performance metrics, audience retention, viewership, and channel development;

• Spot trends, popular topics, and opportunities for content creation;

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to transform knowledge and projects into engaging content;

• Suggest initiatives aimed at increasing subscriber count, engagement levels, and brand exposure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing or growing YouTube channels;

• Proficient with YouTube Studio and its analytics;

• Understanding of YouTube SEO principles;

• Capability to analyze data and convert it into practical enhancements;

• Strong written communication and organizational abilities;

• A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
