Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle EPM ARCS, FCCS, ePBCS, ePCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Senior Managers play a dynamic, outward-facing role that encompasses project and engagement management, team leadership, and significant interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

• Anticipate dedicating substantial time to client-facing engagements throughout all project stages (from pursuit to delivery), managing projects, and performing extensive data analysis to implement effective recommendations.

• Focus on overall practice development, mentoring Coachees, and handling general project and organizational administrative duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations within a consulting environment.

• 2-4 years of experience serving as a functional lead or technical specialist.

• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: Oracle EPM ARCS, FCCS, ePCM, and/or Planning.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor others through effective coaching and leadership.

• Capability to provide industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on a thorough understanding of client challenges.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
