Digital Consulting Associate/Sr. Associate – Oracle Cloud HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with client personnel and leadership while overseeing and mentoring junior Huron staff.

• Employ Huron tools, methodologies, and best practices in the selection, planning, and implementation of top-tier enterprise software and analytics solutions.

• Accountable for delivering project work stream outcomes, managing work plans, analytics, reporting, and client presentations.

• Acquire invaluable, hands-on consulting experience along with world-class training and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 2-4 years of related experience in ERP cloud implementations within a consulting capacity.

• Previous experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations in one of the following areas: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll Cloud, Compensation, Workforce Management, Recruiting/ORC, or Time & Labor.

• 1-2 years of experience in analyzing requirements, drafting functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting attendees and project teams.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage project workstreams through self-discipline in planning and organizing tasks with minimal supervision.

• A strong desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

• High attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

• An aptitude for, and enjoyment of, teamwork.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
