• Assist leads and prospects in making educated choices by offering valuable and precise guidance.
• Adhere to the company's sales and service protocols.
• Complete quotes and transition sold accounts to the Account Manager team.
• Acquire and utilize knowledge of carrier products, underwriting criteria, policy forms, and rating methodologies.
• Generate new business by providing timely quotes, creating proposals, completing necessary documentation, and securing agreements with carriers.
• Meet objectives for new business, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Attend team meetings and engage in continuous professional development.
• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines sales or service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clients.
• Organized and adept at managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Self-driven and goal-focused with a strong sense of initiative.
• Capable of interpreting policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance paperwork.
• Proficient in performing calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discounts.
• Commissions on new business and cross-selling opportunities.
