Digital Coaching Operations Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You respond to user inquiries regarding sports, recovery, and sleep through chat.

• You assist in the daily management of our digital initiatives (online courses, app).

• You manage the setup and upkeep of our course and app content within our systems.

• You gather recurring user feedback from chats and provide structured suggestions for improvements to the team.

• You support quality assurance efforts for our digital content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail: you maintain high quality standards and possess a keen eye for detail.

• You are capable of working independently, are well-organized, and take initiative — you are proactive.

• You enjoy engaging with users through chat.

• You are fluent in German at a native level.

• You are pursuing studies in sports science, physiotherapy, psychology, communications, or a related discipline.

• Bonus: previous experience in operations or chat support is a plus.
