This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assisting with utilization management tasks for more intricate and non-standard cases as necessary.
• Acting as a bridge between members, providers, and both internal and external customers to facilitate health care delivery and benefits programs.
• Managing highly complex cases identified through various methods to ensure effective intervention implementation and optimal benefit utilization.
• Executing the fundamental components of case management: assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, outcomes, and evaluation.
• Digital roles must possess the capability to communicate efficiently through digital channels and provide technical support.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or a license in the state of residence if participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience in the health care sector.
• For Select Community & Katie Beckett: 2 years of experience in IDD for Select Community is mandatory.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Basic PC skills required (including Microsoft Office and E-Mail).
