This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate and verify sneaker listings prior to their sale availability.
• Eliminate unsafe listings or those that fail to meet marketplace criteria.
• Ensure listings provide accurate details on size, condition, accessories, colorway, release information, and category.
• Detect inconsistencies, altered images, or incorrect product descriptions.
• Address community and marketing inquiries regarding additional item moderation.
• Analyze authentication defect reports and contribute to ongoing improvements.
• Keep updated on sneaker authentication techniques, release trends, and counterfeit detection methods.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs.
• Facilitate training or mentorship sessions.
• Assist in developing and enhancing authentication resources, guides, and critical checkpoints.
• Comprehend how authentication affects defect rates and team performance metrics.
• Understand the relationship between authentication volume and SLA and operational metrics.
• Promote process enhancements centered on consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Engage in team knowledge sharing and process enhancement initiatives.
• Accurately and efficiently authenticate listings, consistently discerning authentic from inauthentic items.
• Eligibility to work.
• Background knowledge and expertise in sneakers and footwear.
• Strong interest and understanding of sneaker culture and footwear trends.
• Specific focus on sneaker authentication, release history, and counterfeit detection.
• Ability to learn and adapt swiftly.
• Demonstrated independent problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and consistency in decision-making.
• Passion for Grailed or significant user experience on the Grailed platform.
• Excellent judgment with sensitive, confidential data and information.

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Willingness to work 20–30 hours per week.

• Knowledge or familiarity with sneaker brands and categories such as Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas/Yeezy, New Balance, ASICS, Converse, Vans, Salomon, HOKA, designer sneakers, and collaborative releases.
