This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Perform thorough evaluations of our client's digital sales avenues, pinpointing areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Create and execute customized strategies aimed at boosting sales performance across digital platforms, including websites, e-commerce sites, social media, and other pertinent channels.
• Examine the customer journey and user experience to uncover challenges and suggest improvements that drive conversions and sales.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, such as marketing, design, and IT, to implement initiatives focused on digital sales optimization.
• Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to assess sales outcomes, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
• Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital sales optimization, e-commerce, and customer behavior to foster innovation and maximize results.
• Offer strategic advice and support to clients, assisting them in aligning their digital sales strategies with their overarching business objectives.
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of performance, ensuring that sales optimization efforts yield the intended results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, sales optimization, or a similar role.
• Strong comprehension of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms, and sales funnels.
• In-depth knowledge of data analytics and tools for measuring and analyzing sales performance.
• Proven track record in developing and executing strategies to enhance sales and conversions.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.
