This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Execute advertising campaigns and provide support to the ads team.
• Draft initial content and review staff submissions for spelling accuracy and adherence to policy.
• Collaborate with other departments at Middle Seat to advance campaign product components.
• Collect and organize data for reporting purposes.
• Create engaging ad copy encouraging supporters to donate, join, or assist clients.
• Establish and assess campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, list vendors, and others.
• Acquire knowledge and implement best practices for direct donation, acquisition, and persuasion campaigns.
• Conduct tests, analyze results, and offer strategic insights and suggestions.
• Act as the primary client contact on a daily basis, in conjunction with other ads team members.
• Aid in A/B testing for content, design, targeting, and landing pages.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Enthusiasm for working on advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Adwords, and Trade Desk.
• Proven dedication to progressive political causes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while managing deadlines and multiple projects.
• Capable project management abilities, including foreseeing challenges and coordinating with relevant team members.
• Responsible and proactive in handling assigned responsibilities.
• Capacity to complete tasks punctually or ahead of schedule.
• Creative and positive mindset when engaging with client work.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Availability for urgent client requests outside of regular business hours.
• Experience in an agency or campaign setting is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Familiarity with email and digital strategy is strongly preferred, but not essential.
• Knowledge of CRMs such as Action Kit, BSD, Action Network, and NGP is strongly preferred, but not required.
