This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, overseeing the post-sale lifecycle that includes QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
• Develop and sustain multi-threaded relationships with economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
• Actively seek out upsell and cross-sell opportunities while striving for net revenue retention exceeding 120%.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores remain on target, achieving gross revenue retention above 93%.
• Conduct executive business reviews, translating platform data into insights relevant to C-suite stakeholders.
• Accurately forecast renewal and expansion revenue in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally by bringing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to the Product and Leadership teams.
• Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement processes alongside legal and finance stakeholders.
• A minimum of 6 years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role within B2B SaaS.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal objectives for enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
• Strong executive presence, with comfort in engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic discussions.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts that involve lengthy sales cycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of establishing trusted advisor relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to create ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred).
