This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Execute all facets of account management, including the establishment and maintenance of strategic business relationships with corporate and senior management personnel in key accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and identify significant target account opportunities.
• Formulate product strategies aimed at thoroughly and consistently penetrating these accounts.
• Provide guidance to sales and marketing management regarding challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
• Analyze and address channel-specific training needs within the Region.
• Create an annual business plan with objectives and goals to enhance sales volume and market share in target accounts across all FDA approved indications.
• Continuously identify local opportunities and threats, adjusting business plans as necessary.
• Anticipate changes and take proactive steps to address them.
• Comprehend and effectively leverage a wide array of financial and quantitative data and analyses.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to assess and penetrate non-retail account drivers within MSAs.
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years in sales or account management is necessary.
• Over 3 years of Health Science Field or Sales experience, including at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of Health Science Sales experience with a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales may substitute for a degree.
• Proven ability to network and collaborate effectively across various functional areas.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, along with demonstrated leadership skills.
• A successful track record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Must meet all relevant health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain access to facilities and organizations.
