Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and maintain documentation within specified timelines

• Offer nutrition education to patients

• Collaborate with healthcare team members through designated communication channels

• Engage with healthcare providers in a cooperative, multidisciplinary manner

• Provide nutritional care for patients across all age groups including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered nutritional care at Redwood Memorial Hospital

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or a related discipline

• Must be a National CDR Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hiring

• Preferred experience in an acute care hospital setting
