• Conduct personalized one-on-one patient consultations via telephone.

• Utilize motivational interviewing and behavioral support to assist service users in achieving their health objectives.

• Keep precise, confidential, and current clinical records.

• Uphold confidentiality standards.

• Contribute to the service user engagement strategy to enhance satisfaction and retention.

• Must be a qualified dietitian.

• HCPC registration is required.
