Dialysis Clinical Educator – Virtual Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Demonstrate proficiency in using Teams, Word, Excel, “OBS”, SalesForce, and various audio and visual technology pertaining to virtual meetings.

• Provide effective training and motivation for our partners to become successful educators.

• Train nursing staff on product usage and its practical applications effectively.

• Develop virtual curricula to meet educational requirements.

• Plan and conduct virtual educational sessions as needed (basic and advanced) for our partners.

• Stay updated on product and procedural changes to maintain product competency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in education and/or the dialysis sector.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• A self-motivated individual who is energetic and possesses a positive, can-do attitude.

• PCT, CCHT, or higher certification preferred.

• Prior experience with products is required.
