This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver on-site assistance to veterinary clinics, laboratory research facilities, and veterinary educational institutions.
• Facilitate the implementation, training, operations, applications, and resolution of issues for veterinary diagnostic products and services.
• Install analyzers and aid in the implementation of diagnostics, PIMS/connectivity, workflow enhancements, and product usage.
• Cultivate relationships with assigned clinics to enhance utilization, adoption, and implementation timelines.
• Recognize and assess clinic challenges and establish workflow processes that elevate the customer experience.
• Offer technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions for complex system issues.
• Provide both formal and informal product guidance, instruction, and training.
• Conduct post-sale product installation, validation, applications, and operational training.
• Maintain daily activity records and comprehensive customer visit reports.
• Work collaboratively with the Area Business Manager and Diagnostic Solutions Consultant.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for additional analyzers, consumable usage, and customer referrals.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Adobe, and A.I. software.
• Familiarity with diagnostic products, instrumentation, and clinic operations.
• Possess an analytical mindset, coachability, and critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness and availability to travel up to 75% of the workweek.
• Flexibility to meet customer visit requests.
• Capability to safely lift and transport 60 lbs.
• Understanding of general veterinary clinic operations, including diagnostic applications, financial constraints, training needs, and workflow processes.
• Ability to create and deliver clear and impactful training presentations.
• Associate’s degree is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Degree from a Veterinary Technology Program is preferred.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician is preferred.
