This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assists in the planning, analysis, and execution of activities necessary for migrating federal government applications to the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.
• Offers technical expertise regarding current application environments.
• Confirms implementation viability, identifies dependencies and operational limitations, and aids in the creation of technical requirements and migration documentation.
• Works closely with Solution Architects, application teams, infrastructure teams, database administrators, cloud engineers, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Examines how applications utilize privileged accounts, credentials, and secrets.
• Reviews service account usage, evaluates the implications of credential management modifications, and identifies integration needs.
• Records system behaviors and operational dependencies related to CyberArk onboarding processes.
• Engages in technical discovery sessions, assists with requirements analysis, and reviews Jira epics and user stories.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, an additional 2 years of experience with an Associate’s Degree.
• Or, an additional 4 years of experience with a high school diploma.
• Experience in supporting DevSecOps, infrastructure engineering, application support, or system administration in enterprise settings.
• Fundamental understanding of privileged access management (PAM), credential management, or cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in analyzing application configurations, service accounts, authentication methods, or infrastructure dependencies.
• Background in supporting technical documentation and requirements analysis efforts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and secret management solutions like AWS Secrets Manager.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Capacity to shift focus among competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and operational teams.
