This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Drive the advancement of our software delivery lifecycle by integrating security at each phase of the CI/CD pipeline.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence to automate threat detection, enhance code reviews, and secure AI-native applications.
• Develop a resilient, self-healing DevSecOps ecosystem that harmonizes rapid deployment with strict security standards.
• Attain 90% automated security coverage across all code intended for production.
• Employ AI to cut vulnerability remediation time by 40% within the initial year.
• Remain at the leading edge of the "AI for Security" and "Security for AI" initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on DevSecOps leadership in large-scale environments.
• Expert proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Advanced skills in integrating SAST, DAST, SCA, and Secret Scanning into GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Practical experience securing MLOps pipelines and implementing security for APIs integrated with AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for developing custom security automation and AI-driven scripts.
• Extensive knowledge of eBPF, Prometheus, and AI-enhanced logging/monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace or Datadog).
