This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Lead and implement a scalable and secure DevOps strategy to ensure high system availability and business continuity.
• Take ownership of the DevOps backlog, prioritizing tasks to align technical feasibility with business value.
• Supervise CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and monitor systems to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Guarantee system performance, reliability, and security across all platforms and applications.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the DevOps team, fostering a culture focused on high performance and growth.
• Establish clear team objectives, monitor performance metrics, and encourage ongoing skill development.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery.
• Eliminate obstacles, enhance workflows, and encourage robust collaboration between engineering and business teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Propel continuous improvement by adopting best practices and utilizing AI/tools to refine DevOps processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role.
• Proficient understanding of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred.
