This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Assist in managing TransUnion’s United States Credit Products on the OneTru platform

• Enhance platform dependability and expedite issue resolution

• Foster initiatives for operational excellence that boost system reliability

• Collaborate with teams to uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Expectations (SLEs)

• Minimize manual tasks through automation, tooling improvements, scripting, and process optimization

• Enhance observability and incident response capabilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support

• Oversee customer onboarding support activities

• Facilitate issue resolution with internal tech teams and external vendors

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks

• 3–6 years of experience in supporting complex technical applications within a production setting

• Experience in operating and maintaining large-scale data platforms

• Background in enterprise-level infrastructure environments

• Understanding of batch processing, data pipelines, and credit-related technology platforms

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)

• Proficient in shell scripting and automation technologies

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident management tools

• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with Jira Portfolio Management or similar project management software

• Familiarity with BMC Remedy (BMC Helix ITSM) or equivalent IT Service Management (ISMT) software
