This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Administer, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS EKS and ECS environments.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Infrastructure as Code utilizing Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Automate operational processes, support routines, and infrastructure tasks with Shell Script and Python.
• Implement and advance monitoring, observability, and performance analysis solutions through Dynatrace.
• Offer support and analysis for .NET and Node.js applications, pinpointing bottlenecks, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS services, including EC2, VPC, Load Balancers, and various infrastructure components.
• Oversee, investigate, and resolve critical incidents, ensuring quick service recovery.
• Collaborate with Development, Architecture, and Operations teams to enhance reliability, automation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for security, networking, and connectivity in AWS environments.
• Engage in root cause analyses (RCA), recommending preventive and corrective measures.
• Support technology modernization efforts, cost efficiency, and enhanced operational effectiveness in cloud environments.
• Contribute to the advancement of SRE, DevOps, and observability practices within the project.
• Strong experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Proficient knowledge of AWS.
• Practical experience with EKS and ECS.
• Familiarity with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Automation skills using Python and Shell Script.
• Experience with Dynatrace and other observability tools.
• Understanding of .NET and Node.js applications.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, ELB/ALB, and other infrastructure components.
• Proven experience in managing and mitigating critical incidents.
• Knowledge of security, networking, and connectivity in cloud environments.
• Background in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, and automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience with advanced SRE practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Understanding of cost optimization in AWS environments (FinOps).
• Experience with advanced observability and APM.
• Background in critical, high-availability environments.
• AWS certifications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AI-enabled DevOps and AMS initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and manage one's own time effectively.
