This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with daily AWS Cloud Operations and DevOps tasks while enhancing operational standards and best practices.
• Design, provision, maintain, and optimize highly available and scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Develop and sustain automated workflows for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration, upgrades, backups, and recovery.
• Support containerized and microservices environments utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon EKS.
• Oversee Kubernetes deployments, including cluster configuration, scaling, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Construct, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment workflows.
• Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of infrastructure that supports AI-driven products and services, encompassing provisioning, deployment, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, and cost optimization.
• Deploy, manage, monitor, and secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Handle MCP integrations, authentication, granular access permissions, secrets, database connectivity, and external service integrations in alignment with security and data privacy standards.
• 3–5 years of practical experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in production settings.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and Docker in Linux environments.
• Significant experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Proven experience in designing and supporting automated infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git, modern CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking, security architecture, IAM, encryption, secrets management, and vulnerability management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for production systems.
• Proficient technical documentation skills.
• Ability to pragmatically assess new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capability to manage an on-call schedule and conduct deployments outside regular business hours.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability during Pacific Time business hours is required.
• Remote position.
