DevOps / Platform Engineer – SRE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Joint responsibility for system uptime: You play an active role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of our intricate system architecture.

• Upkeep and automation: You assist in the maintenance and automation of our current infrastructure.

• Monitoring and evaluation: You enhance our monitoring techniques and perform thorough incident and root-cause analyses.

• High-availability assistance: You are willing to be on call outside regular hours in exceptional situations.

• Software development experience: Several years of proficiency in one or more programming languages is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Rust, Java, Go, TypeScript) is essential.

• Strong understanding of system automation and IT security.

• Hands-on experience with some of the following technologies: MySQL, TiDB, Kubernetes, MinIO, and Elasticsearch.

• Business-fluent German and proficient English skills.

• Strong analytical abilities paired with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in contributing to open-source technologies is a bonus.
