DevOps / Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the infrastructure that supports platforms facilitating the shift towards carbon-neutral energy.

• Architect, automate, and maintain the infrastructure for the virtual battery system.

• Make informed choices regarding deployment and security protocols.

• Strong perspectives on cloud computing and self-hosted solutions.

• Pragmatic and swift in approach.

• Proficient in threat modeling, network segmentation, secrets management, and audit logging.

• Proficient in using Terraform and Ansible as your primary tools.

• Experienced with PostgreSQL operations, including high availability and replication across multiple regions.

• Skilled in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledgeable in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

• Solid understanding of Linux system administration fundamentals.

• Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus) or systems adjacent to SCADA is advantageous.

• Capable of writing code, with proficiency in Bash and Python; knowledge of Go is a plus.
