DevOps Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and uphold the vision, mission, operational model, and strategic direction for the Enterprise AI Strategy & Projects practice.

• Set practice priorities and develop a multi-year roadmap focused on growth, capability enhancement, service expansion, and market differentiation.

• Act as the senior accountable leader for the performance, growth, execution quality, and value realization of the practice.

• Maintain executive visibility across the AI opportunity and delivery portfolio, establishing governance and prioritization frameworks for the portfolio.

• Provide executive oversight for enterprise AI strategy engagements, transformation programs, and innovation initiatives.

• Direct AI roadmaps, business cases, operational models, investment strategies, and transformation plans.

• Design and continually enhance the practice operating model across strategy, triage, governance, delivery, fluency, engineering, DevOps, GTM, and FinOps.

• Create repeatable methods, frameworks, accelerators, templates, and delivery assets.

• Establish priorities and accountability across practice functions while driving integrated execution.

• Own the practice growth objectives, service offerings, strategic pursuits, account planning, and opportunity qualification.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, leading high-impact AI transformation discussions.

• Build, develop, recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of AI leaders and specialists.

• Ensure that AI initiatives comply with governance, security, compliance, financial, and operational controls.

• Position the practice as a recognized leader through executive forums, industry events, client briefings, thought leadership, and market-facing methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, consulting, digital transformation, enterprise strategy, business leadership, AI transformation, or related executive roles.

• Proven track record in building and leading multidisciplinary practices, business units, consulting organizations, or transformation functions.

• Experience overseeing extensive portfolios of strategic initiatives and technology programs.

• Strong comprehension of enterprise AI, generative AI, automation, cloud platforms, governance, operational models, and organizational transformation.

• Experience in engaging executive stakeholders and leading intricate business transformation efforts.

• Strong capabilities in business development, practice management, financial planning, and organizational growth.

• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams across strategy, delivery, technology, and business domains.

• Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI Enterprise, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent enterprise AI ecosystems.

• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI, FinOps, cloud economics, platform strategy, and enterprise architecture.

• Experience in developing market-facing service offerings and transformation methodologies.

• Relevant certifications are preferred in strategy, leadership, cloud, AI, enterprise architecture, transformation, finance, or organizational change.

• Strong skills in executive leadership, organizational management, portfolio management, prioritization, business development, communication, storytelling, facilitation, and executive influence.

• Ability to synchronize strategy, governance, engineering, delivery, adoption, and operations into a unified transformation function.

• Capability to create sustainable, scalable, and repeatable enterprise capabilities.
