DevOps Lead – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated content concerning infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, cloud deployments, and practical aspects of DevOps workflows.

• Analyze AI-generated responses for technical precision, dependability, and adherence to real-world standards.

• Construct realistic DevOps scenarios drawing from your personal professional experience.

• Develop scenario variations from multiple viewpoints (e.g., DevOps engineer, developer, SRE, or stakeholder).

• Detect gaps, oversights, or flawed reasoning in the AI-generated DevOps material.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior-level DevOps engineer with extensive professional experience in the EU or UK.

• Proficient in designing, constructing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, or deployment automation.

• Competent in assessing system reliability, automation processes, and compliance.

• Capable of working independently while providing organized, constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability.
