This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that facilitate SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platform deployments.
• Administer, configure, and optimize SharePoint Online/On-Premises environments, focusing on site architecture, permissions, and workflow automation.
• Develop and manage Azure infrastructure components such as App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, storage, and networking to support platform operations.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to enhance operational visibility and meet contract deliverables.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure DevOps practices are in line with federal security and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA, etc.).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management utilizing scripting/IaC tools such as PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, and Terraform.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement proactive maintenance strategies across SharePoint and Azure environments.
• Partner with Program Management and technical leads to assist with contract deliverables, documentation, and reporting obligations.
• Support integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure services to optimize business processes.
• 6–10 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a proven track record in supporting SharePoint and Microsoft Engineering environments.
• Strong practical experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps, Azure AD, ARM templates, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in administering and engineering SharePoint solutions, whether Online or On-Premises.
• Proficient in Power BI for developing dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps automation methodologies.
• Scripting proficiency, particularly in PowerShell; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Capability to obtain and sustain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
