This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations utilizing low-code/no-code tools such as Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Workflow Studio.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, which includes instance configuration, user and role management, access control lists (ACLs), and module setup.
• Construct and manage CI/CD pipelines for the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including update sets, application scopes, and source control integration.
• Develop and oversee REST/SOAP API integrations that connect ServiceNow with various enterprise systems.
• Provide support for ITSM, ITOM, and/or SecOps module configuration and enhancement, as required by contract specifications.
• Automate platform operations and reporting to enhance system reliability, security posture, and operational visibility.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to ensure ServiceNow development aligns with federal security and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA).
• Diagnose platform issues, manage upgrades and patches, and uphold instance health and performance.
• Partner with Program Management and technical leads to assist in achieving contract deliverables and maintaining documentation.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering, showcasing proven expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong practical experience with ServiceNow low-code/no-code tools, including Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, or equivalent.
• Proficient in building and utilizing REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform customization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps automation methodologies applied to the ServiceNow application lifecycle.
• Capability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in collaborating effectively within a fully remote, distributed team setting.
