This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for enterprise digital products and services.
• Oversee both production and non-production environments ensuring high availability, resiliency, and scalability.
• Optimize cloud resources, capacity, and associated costs.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code along with reusable platform components.
• Design, build, and sustain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated testing, deployment, and release management workflows.
• Support blue/green, rolling, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
• Monitor the health, availability, and performance of the platform.
• Develop alerting systems, logging mechanisms, dashboards, metrics, SLAs, and SLOs.
• Assist with incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident evaluations.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secrets management, access controls, and infrastructure security.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams on deployment automation and platform utilization.
• Provide guidance on cloud-native architecture and operational practices.
• Create technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor both development and operational teams on DevOps methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Proven experience managing enterprise cloud environments.
• Extensive experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Proficient in containerization and Elastic Container Service (AWS).
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong skills in scripting and automation.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
• Skilled in provisioning and managing database services.
• Understanding of networking, identity management, security, and cloud governance.
• Experience in supporting production environments and incident response initiatives.
• Preferred: experience with digital product platforms and distributed microservices architectures.
• Preferred: experience with Azure cloud services.
• Preferred: experience with AWS cloud services and Amazon AI/ML services.
• Preferred: experience in implementing DevSecOps practices.
• Preferred: experience with AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
• Preferred: familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, and Azure Repos.
• Preferred: experience in integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Preferred: experience with SaaS platform integration and enterprise authentication technologies.
• Preferred: knowledge of ITIL, SRE, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Preferred: relevant Azure, AWS, or Terraform cloud certifications.
