DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters to guarantee scalability, reliability, and security.

• Support the transition of services to containerized frameworks utilizing Kubernetes.

• Create best practices and documentation for the application of Kubernetes within the organization.

• Design, develop, and sustain APIs using GoLang.

• Ensure the implementation of high-performance, scalable, and secure APIs.

• Collaborate with the Platform Team to integrate APIs with infrastructure services and tools.

• Establish, maintain, and optimize infrastructure utilizing Azure services (App Services, Function Apps, and other managed Azure offerings).

• Partner with the Platform Team to enhance our custom SAIL platform for containerized systems on AKS.

• Serve as a technical partner for product teams, addressing infrastructure-related issues and inquiries.

• Offer guidance on the effective utilization of AKS, Azure services, and Go APIs to maximize performance and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in API development using Go.

• Extensive expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes as a whole.

• Profound knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Function Apps, managed services, etc.).

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools and concepts.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A collaborative mindset combined with a problem-solving attitude.

• Capability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
