This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and manage Terraform, Ansible, and other infrastructure-as-code solutions for automated infrastructure and software deployment as well as configuration management.
• Integrate deployments with management, security, and monitoring systems.
• Develop webhooks and API-based integrations for systems.
• Create unit, functional, and integration tests within code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Incorporate security controls and vulnerability testing into code, pipelines, API integrations, and workflows.
• Review security issues and facilitate remediation actions.
• Coordinate the deployment of entire applications or service offerings.
• Diagnose orchestration errors and adhere to established policies.
• Develop and sustain Python, PowerShell, and Bash scripts for integrations, system management, and cloud infrastructure reporting.
• Generate and maintain diagrams, Wiki documentation, and code documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training opportunities.
• Adapt to assigned responsibilities in dynamic technology environments.
• HashiCorp Associate, Red Hat, AWS certification, or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field is necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or eDiscovery is expected.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Vault, Docker, or similar DevOps tools is essential.
• Proficient understanding of AWS services, including EC2, EBS, FSX, S3, containerization, storage, and automation services.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows Server and various Linux distributions.
• Strong skills in PowerShell, Bash scripting, HCL, and YAML.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and REST APIs is important.
• Experience with Git repositories, commits, and pull requests is required.
• Knowledge of IIS App Pools, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Microsoft SQL, and SMB file storage is beneficial.
• Understanding of Active Directory and SAML/OpenID authentication is needed.
• Familiarity with AWS networking, security groups, and cloud networking services is required.
• Practical knowledge of IT concepts, protocols, industry best practices, and ITIL processes is essential.
• Understanding of security controls and benchmarks is important.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Capability to collaborate across multiple time zones and locations.
• Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion.
• Preferred: HashiCorp Cloud Engineer and AWS Associate certifications.
• Preferred: experience troubleshooting CI/CD deployments, cloud provisioning, OS configuration management, and software deployments.
• Preferred programming languages: Python, SQL, C+/.NET, Go, JavaScript.
