DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and manage an AWS environment for self-service web applications.

• Validate and deploy software releases for extensive multi-locale IVR applications.

• Write and execute SQL queries to implement configuration adjustments to applications.

• Utilize Jenkins and Groovy scripting to gather and prepare release files.

• Employ Unix commands to diagnose system and network performance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Amazon CloudWatch, EC2, Elastic Load Balancing, and CodePipeline.

• Experience in operations administration across Linux, MacOS, and Windows platforms.

• Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting techniques.

• Familiarity with code repository and change management systems.

• Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Groovy, and Tomcat is preferred.

• Understanding of the Genesys Voice Platform (GVP).

• Background in developing Speech-enabled IVR applications.

• Java programming experience is a plus.
