DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the infrastructure and delivery platform that supports AI products.

• Transform infrastructure into code while ensuring security, reliability, and observability.

• Oversee single-tenant, SOC 2 Type II platform operations.

• Tackle challenges related to single-tenant isolation and security within a regulated industry.

• Develop the automation and guardrails necessary for successful product delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing production infrastructure.

• Practical experience in running Kubernetes within a production environment.

• Proficiency in Terraform (infrastructure as code) and Python.

• Experience with CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.

• Extensive knowledge in security, monitoring, reliability, and availability.

• Familiarity with any leading cloud service provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• An AI-first mindset — leveraging AI to enhance operations and development.

• Bonus: Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Dagster).

• Bonus: Background in managing single-tenant, SOC 2, or other compliance-sensitive infrastructures.

• Bonus: Exposure to insurance, fintech, or other regulated, data-intensive sectors.
