DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop, sustain, and document CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions

• Provision and oversee infrastructure as code through CloudFormation and Terraform

• Manage and enhance AWS environments, including ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS

• Support and maintain Docker containers while troubleshooting containerized workloads

• Assist in defining and constructing a modern data science and development environment with tools such as SageMaker, DataZone, and Athena

• Support Linux-based systems and contribute to the best DevOps practices within the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline development

• Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform

• Extensive AWS experience across vital services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS

• Proficient in Docker and working with containerized environments

• Knowledge of data science platforms including SageMaker, DataZone, or Athena

• Excels in a remote, collaborative Agile setting and enjoys close collaboration with a cross-functional team

• Communicates effectively and transparently, whether in documenting infrastructure decisions or working with engineers

• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States.
