• Help integrate security best practices (OWASP Top 10, least privilege IAM, shift-left testing) into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and facilitate the automation of security controls within pipelines.
• Support the management and automation of database infrastructure (MySQL, MongoDB), encompassing provisioning, backups, and automated schema migrations.
• Automate and assist in the deployment, scaling, and operational health of core platform services (authentication, data pipelines, messaging) for internal users.
• Engage in technical design discussions, glean insights from architectural decisions related to infrastructure and operations, and contribute to the documentation of runbooks and standards.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) position, emphasizing automation, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• Practical experience in working with and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes, including writing Dockerfiles and troubleshooting containerized applications.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating routine tasks.
• Basic understanding of security best practices within the SDLC.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting system and infrastructure challenges.
• Excellent English communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a growth mindset that aligns with a culture of shared ownership and prompt feedback.
