DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize incidents, requests, and complex issues within the Harrods ITSM tool and work queue.

• Enhance, construct, and assist in the implementation of deployment pipelines across all environments.

• Collaborate with the Test Manager to ensure that releases are organized and implemented on time.

• Facilitate the agile process by decomposing user stories into manageable tasks.

• Stay informed about new tools and processes, keeping abreast of technological advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with cloud technologies including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, serverless computing, containerization, low-code, and automation.

• Proficiency in writing and deploying Infrastructure-as-Code configurations.

• Familiarity or experience with Azure Cloud.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps or Jira.

• Knowledge or experience with ITIL, specifically in managing incidents, changes, and requests.

• Familiarity or experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi).

• Experience with core infrastructure and networking using cloud or on-premises servers.
