DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, test, deploy, and maintain automated solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate (both cloud and desktop flows).

• Develop workflows that enhance efficiency, minimize manual labor, and promote consistency in processes.

• Design scalable and maintainable solutions utilizing approved Power Platform tools and methodologies.

• Participate in the enhancement and ongoing improvement of existing automation solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain insights into processes, challenges, and business objectives.

• Document both current-state and future-state processes, converting requirements into technical specifications.

• Identify potential areas for automation, simplification, and standardization.

• Suggest practical, user-friendly solutions that align with operational requirements.

• Track automation performance and swiftly address any production issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis, resolve defects, and perform continuous maintenance.

• Develop solutions in compliance with Power Platform governance, security, and regulatory standards.

• Produce and update technical documentation, support materials, test plans, and release notes.

• Work collaboratively with analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and technology partners on a global scale.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in automation, workflow development, RPA, or roles related to low-code technology.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).

• Proficient in converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Background in troubleshooting, enhancing, and providing support for production automation.

• Understanding of process improvement methodologies and workflow design.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail and flexibility.
