DevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute integrations as per customer requests.

• Implement updates and corrections.

• Offer Level 2 technical assistance.

• Create tools aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing the customer experience.

• Design software for integration with internal back-end systems.

• Conduct root cause analysis for production-related errors.

• Explore and rectify technical challenges.

• Develop scripts to automate data visualization processes.

• Formulate procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

• A degree in any field.

• Proficient in Ruby or Python.

• Knowledgeable in Jenkins/GitLab/CI/CD automation.
