Development Specialist – Artificial Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a hands-on AI Development Specialist with practical expertise in creating solutions based on LLMs, RAG architectures, and intelligent agents.

• This individual will be tasked with designing, developing, and enhancing comprehensive generative AI solutions, from initial conception and prototyping to deployment in production.

• The position necessitates a robust software engineering foundation along with the capability to construct data pipelines and integrate with enterprise systems.

• Uphold engineering best practices, encompassing code quality, testing, and thorough documentation.

• Automate workflows and integrations utilizing tools like n8n or similar when relevant.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with language models (LLMs), including OpenAI or open-source alternatives.

• Familiarity with RAG architectures and the implementation of vector databases (such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar).

• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js, ideally with an emphasis on AI applications.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and managing distributed systems.

• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Understanding of data pipeline construction and information processing for AI.

• Background in developing scalable, service-oriented applications.

• Experience in creating autonomous agents with context-based decision-making capabilities.

• Implementation of multi-agent systems and coordination among agents.

• Development of agents capable of tool usage and executing external actions.

• Orchestration of intelligent workflows and intricate conversational flows.

• Experience in fine-tuning or adapting models for specific domains.

• Knowledge of model evaluation, including Evals, quality metrics, and benchmarks.
