Development Program Manager, Q Systems Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and directing Q-Systems with an emphasis on security throughout the design, pre-construction, and construction phases within the portfolio.

• Engaging on a daily basis with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations personnel.

• Guaranteeing that essential facility operation systems are designed and executed according to our basis of design documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of eight years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including managing Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from initial concept to procurement and project closeout.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint for presenting program updates to executive management, and Excel for developing and maintaining site program and individual project budgets.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
