This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead and provide guidance to a team of developers and administrators.
• Supervise the hiring, training, and professional growth of team members.
• Manage the complete development lifecycle for ERP, HRIS, and financial systems.
• Set and uphold coding and quality standards for system development and deployment.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to guarantee the reliability and performance of business systems.
• Create and oversee project resource estimates, budgets, and related costs.
• Propel continuous improvements in system performance and apply best practices for project management.
• Spearhead the assessment and adoption of AI-driven solutions to modernize the technology stack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within an IT organization.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite development.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale business systems development.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technology delivery teams employing CI/CD practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience using development, project management, and release management systems (e.g., JIRA, GitHub, Salto).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
