Development Energy Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and consistently refresh the master pipeline tracker for all active and prospective sites.

• Monitor essential milestones for each location, including land control, utility status, and interconnection advancements.

• Coordinate with utilities, engineers, surveyors, environmental consultants, and legal teams regarding pending matters.

• Assist in due diligence efforts for both new and existing sites.

• Generate weekly pipeline updates that emphasize status changes, obstacles, key risks, and forthcoming decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure, energy, power development, renewable energy, utilities, project finance, data center development, or a related discipline.

• Excellent project management skills and a strong follow-up discipline.

• Capability to handle multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with technical, commercial, and legal information simultaneously.

• High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com, and presentation skills.

• Must be willing to travel as necessary.
