This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design, enhance, and manage scalable backend APIs and services.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of web and mobile applications.

• Engage in database modeling and management.

• Maintain code quality through automated testing practices.

• Take part in technical discussions and suggest enhancements to the platform.

• Work collaboratively with product, design, and data teams to create new features.

• Investigate and address performance and scalability challenges with increasing independence.

• Utilize AI as a proactive tool to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and expedite delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience with Node.js and NestJS for constructing APIs and services.

• Background in Flutter for cross-platform mobile development (Android and iOS), focusing on high-performance UIs and API integration.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Familiar with automated testing methodologies.

• Understanding of database modeling and maintenance, particularly with PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and caching technologies (Redis).

• Proactive individual with a hands-on approach, eager to investigate issues and propose solutions.

• AI-first perspective: regular engagement with LLMs in daily development to boost productivity, automate tasks, and resolve issues efficiently. A basic understanding of LLM functionality and a willingness to embrace AI as a standard work tool.
