Polyglot Developer, 5-10 years

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and manage software architectures that utilize various programming languages including Python, Java, Node, C#, Go, or Ruby.

• Construct and oversee real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Flink, integrating them with streaming systems like Kafka or Kinesis.

• Create, enhance, and manage data storage and retrieval processes utilizing MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

• Offer technical leadership in developing scalable, secure, and resilient software systems.

• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps professionals, and UX designers to ensure a cohesive software architecture and seamless integration.

• Enhance software performance, resolve architectural challenges, and apply best coding and security practices.

• Keep abreast of emerging programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends to foster innovation.

• Ensure compliance with software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

• Mentor and support development teams in embracing best practices for multi-language software development.

• Engage with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to design and implement robust infrastructure solutions.

• Establish and uphold coding standards, system design principles, and architectural patterns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in software development with proficiency in several programming languages.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented, functional, and reactive programming paradigms.

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.

• Experience in designing distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API development.

• Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud computing services.

• Comprehensive understanding of software security principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capability to work effectively in an agile environment.
