Developer Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Utilize software such as PHP 8.4, Laravel 11, and PostgreSQL.

• Lead and mentor an engineering team to strategize, develop, and deliver high-quality software while optimizing code, managing resources, and ensuring deadlines are met.

• Work within a sizable modular monolith, where interactions between modules utilize facades, adapters, or events, maintaining strong boundaries and modularity. In more complex modules, we apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to keep domain logic well-structured and aligned with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or above.

• Extensive experience in building scalable applications, particularly with large-scale systems such as CRM, CMS, or ERP. Direct experience with SaaS is highly advantageous.

• Advanced skills in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, with a background in modular monolith and layered architecture.

• Strong emphasis on framework-agnostic development, focusing on clean, maintainable code that maximizes business value while minimizing dependencies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) and robust testing methodologies, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code.

• Proven experience in managing a team of developers and overseeing the delivery of multiple complex projects.
