Developer Success Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Managing the technical relationship with our key customers

• Collaborating with customers to troubleshoot code issues

• Addressing incoming inquiries from customers

• Recognizing challenges in the developer experience and promoting enhancements

• Developing technical content to showcase optimal use of Knock

• Assisting in sales discussions with technical prospects

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a developer success engineer role or similar position

• Previous experience in debugging API integrations

• Recent background working at an early-stage startup

• Strong technical generalist able to engage in discussions about technical concepts

• Prior development experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Go, or Java

• Exceptional writing abilities

• Must be located in the UK or Ireland
