Developer Relations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Decodo’s technical documentation: rewrite, restructure, and maintain documentation so that both humans and AI agents can effectively discover, understand, and utilize the product.

• Establish a presence within the AI engineering and open-source community: Interact with developers on platforms like GitHub, social media, and tech communities—wherever developers congregate.

• Initiate and produce content focused on adoption: While you may not do all the extensive writing yourself, you'll contribute insights on trending topics, innovative use cases, and useful tips to share with our audience.

• Serve as the internal advocate for the scraping community: Translate real-world developer challenges (such as blocking, CAPTCHAs, scaling issues, and inconsistent success rates) into actionable feedback for our product and messaging teams.

• Connect scraping with the AI ecosystem: Comprehend how web data integrates into contemporary RAG pipelines, LLM tools, and AI agents, and convey that knowledge back to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess hands-on experience in extracting web data and managing proxies.

• Strong understanding of APIs, HTTP/web protocols, and current coding standards.

• Frequent user of AI tools in your daily work (such as code assistants and automation) and experience integrating LLMs in real-world projects (RAG, basic agent workflows).

• Capable of simplifying and authentically explaining highly complex technical subjects.

• You take initiative and don’t require a strict content calendar or detailed plan to begin creating and executing.

• Preferred: Experience with automated browser tools (like Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium).

• Profound knowledge of various proxy types and their specific applications.

• Previous experience in developer relations, community management, or technical content development.

• Experience integrating web data into AI frameworks (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, MCP, etc.) and understanding how web access limitations impact these systems.
