Developer Productivity Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monorepo and manage the "path to production" for a team of more than 50 engineers

• Take ownership of projects and ensure successful delivery from inception to completion

• Research and implement tools to enhance build speed

• Provide support for a multi-region and multi-cloud backend environment

• Proven experience in boosting the productivity of a development team of over 50 members
