Developer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• You will oversee Weaviate's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, and more.

• Your role involves creating engaging visuals, videos, and written content that resonates with our developer audience.

• Staying informed on industry trends to enhance our social media, advertisements, and blog schedule.

• Organize and structure social media strategies and calendars.

• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Engage with our community while maintaining the Weaviate brand voice.

• Learn to effectively utilize AI to become an innovator in content marketing: Employ cutting-edge AI tools to craft captivating content that stands out.

• Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to design and implement online campaigns and adhere to an editorial calendar for consistent posting.

• Optionally, develop your own social media presence as a content creator and participate in AI meetups to immerse yourself in the AI community with team support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Marketing/Branding, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment or agency.

• A genuine passion for AI, along with a strong desire to learn and advance in the field.

• Exceptional English writing skills, as we will be generating a significant amount of written content.

• Proficiency in storytelling and presenting our technical content in an appealing manner to our tech-savvy audience.

• A knack for visualization, as the finishing touch to our written content is attractive visuals.

• Strong collaborative and communication abilities, comfortable working both in a team setting and independently.
