This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propose, assess, and take charge of technical designs at the EPIC/feature level.
• Establish and maintain coding standards while actively participating in the code review process.
• Guide and mentor junior Developer team members, fostering their professional development and performance.
• Effectively implement SDLC best practices and design patterns.
• Convert the Product Owner’s vision into actionable technical strategies and execute them with your development team.
• Recognize elements of technical debt within the team, assist in prioritizing them, and drive their resolution.
• Engage in recruitment efforts, including second-stage technical interviews as needed.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, sharing pertinent insights with the team as part of ongoing technology monitoring.
• College or University degree/diploma in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in developing web applications, REST APIs, and SaaS products.
• Strong comprehension and application of SOLID and DDD principles, emphasizing clean and maintainable code.
• Proficient in the following technologies: .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Vue.js, CSS, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps.
• A strong team-oriented spirit and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension).
